Yes, I do take request! Please do send your request at the request tab on my group order discord server if you have any group order request or private message me on Discord or mention me beneath the original twitter post and I'll try my best to negotiate to the seller/fansite and open a GO for you.

Before approving a request, I still need to do an interested check and see how many joiners would like to join. If the request got a low amount of joiners, we can do a private order if you wanted to. If the request got a decent amount of joiners, I'll push it through and make an order form for you all to fill up.

Since I'm still a new GOM, I'm not yet taking orders that are needed to be ship outside UK/EU but in the near future, I'll definitely do a worldwide shipping for everyone!

A confirmation email will be sent out right after you placed an order. The confirmation email will confirm your payment has been received and your order has been placed. Please make sure everything is correct as I WILL NOT be responsible for any packages sent to incorrect addresses or wrong orders - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBLITY TO CHECK AND COME TO ME IF YOU NOTICE YOUR ORDER IS WRONG.

If you still do not see a confirmation email after the deadline, please email me!

Unfortunately, No. The order form will automatically close right after the GO deadline and won't be accepting any orders after that. Please do check my GOs calendar to keep track upcoming deadlines.

You will receive an email stating that you have failed to pay on time, which you will be given an additional 24 hours to send your payment. If I still do not received your payment, your goods will be forfeited without a refund.

MISSING PAYMENTS COULD LEAD YOU TO BEING BLACK LISTED β€” I will be giving 3 warnings per joiners. If you miss /cancel orders and payments for the fourth (4th) time, you will be blacklisted and won't be able to participate in future GOs.

I will post and update on the masterlist if there is a custom charge. Sadly, custom fees are out of our control and depends on the total value stated from the courier email. I will personally pay it first to get the package as soon as possible, and the custom fees will be divided by the number of items included in this package or in the whole order. This fee will be included in the final payment for shipping cost.

I'll be sending out an email once I give your parcel to the courier.

EMS is the cost of sending goods from overseas to me. Please do not ask how much it will cost yet, I will NOT know the cost of EMS UNTIL the fansite informs me or until I request for a package to be forwarded from my korean address to UK. EMS price is based on the weight of the parcel and the number of orders.

Once the seller or the courier send me the price quotation, I'll be emailing each joiner of the respective GO for the divided price everyone will share. Please do remember that the more joiners, the lesser EMS and shipping fee it's gonna be so please do RT and spread all my open GOs to your friends and followers!

DOMESTIC is the cost of sending the good from me to you. Price varies on the weight of the items you ordered. I will NOT know the cost of the domestic shipping until I got the items on hand and weigh them.

Domestic will be determined by the size of the box or bubble mailer I have to put it in. Please note that domestic fee will also be including any fees for the boxes or bubble mailers needed.

Once I received the goods in my UK address, please do give me 24-72 hours to check, sort and repack the orders. I'll be sending goods domestically 2x a week only. Domestic shipping days would vary depends on my days off at work.

I'll be emailing you the tracking number and proof of shipment photos once I sent out the goods to your place.

Items within one batch will be automatically combined! I will also accept request to hold and combine with ONLY the following batch! For example, if you have items in batch 1 and would like to combine it with batch 2, I could do that but please notify me beforehand! However, we will not accept requests to combine batch 1 with batch 3!

Waiting time depends on the seller/fan site and the goods they are selling. Normally, fan sites are usually produced after the first payment have been taken in so it will take 1 month - 6 months (or more) for your items to arrive to you. Any updates from the seller/fansite will be posted on my twitter and will be shown on my masterlist.

If you joined a GO with pre-order items on official sellers such as Weverse Shop, they do have their own deadlines on when the items are going to be released. Normally, when the items are released, it will take about a week or two to arrive in my korean address.

COVID-19 ADVISORY β€” International shipping will take some time to due to COVID-19 outbreak.

Unfortunately, I won't be doing and accepting any return transactions.

If the seller (i.e. Weverse Shop) do a product re-call (misprint or production damage), I'm going to contact the seller and the joiners first if they want to do a return before sending it out to them but I can't guarantee you that seller would do a refund or would replace the goods. I won't be shouldering any refunds if this happens as I am not liable for it.

The only time a GO will be cancelled is when the order is cancelled or if we do not receive the minimum amount of order, generally at least 5 orders, which then we will of course offer full refund back to you.

However, we can’t offer refund after the 1st payment deadline. Once the 1st payment deadline passes, we will put an order immediately. So we won’t be able to cancel your order. The time a fansite/ shop takes to ship is not in our control, so we can’t do much than to wait for updates from them.

If a refund is asked for during the 2nd payment period due to not wanting your order anymore, we will not be giving a refund as we do not have your money anymore because as stated before, it will have already been used to order the goods during the 1st payment period

Please do make sure to read the terms and conditions first before sending the order form. Submitting the order form means that you agree on the terms and conditions and 100% committed on paying your orders.

When the items arrived at my UK address, I would personally check it one by one to see if there's any damages. I would immediately contact you if there's a damages on your order and would email the seller or the fansite about it.

I'll be making sure that all your items will be wrapped up and packed accordingly to lessen and prevent any items for being damaged. However, I am not responsible once the parcel is already been sent out to the courier. I won't be providing a discount or a partial refunds.

If these happens, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible so I can help you as much as I can to know what happened to your parcel/s if it gets damaged / lost / delayed.

I always offer untracked shipping but please bare in mind that untracked delivery is an option chosen by many, largely because it is cheaper than the alternative. This price discrepancy does of course exist for a reason, in that neither the sender nor the recipient have any knowledge of where the parcel is during the delivery process.

However, you can request for tracked delivery which allows both us to view where the package is and its delivery status as it progresses along its journey.

Once I sent out the 3rd Payment (Domestic Shipping + if there's any custom charge) email, I would be asking you if you wanted to upgrade your shipping to tracked ones.

I am not responsible once the parcel is already been sent out to the courier. I won't be liable for any lost packages too specially if you choose the untracked shipping or you gave the wrong address.

If these happens, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible so I can help you as much as I can to know what happened to your parcel/s if it gets damaged / lost / delayed.

If you already paid the first payment but missed the 2nd/3rd payment before the given deadline, prior payments won't be refunded.

6% Fee on the checkout is for the paypal fee/currency convertion fee. When you placed an order through the website, it will be considered as goods and services and has a buyer protection.
